At Ellie Seattle, we want you to love every piece in your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
